Ampersands đłïžâđStarting tonight, I'll be playing in It's Only Magic Miami, an actual play of the Cypher System using the modern magic sourcebook, It's Only Magic.
During the next Meeting at the Crossroads, this time happening in Miami, a bunch of prophesied, up-and-coming magicians are being tested to become the new heads of their respective covens. Four arrived on time. The fifth arrived early to investigate, suspecting someone was tampering with the trial, and got himself kidnapped while investigating. After the trial starts, it becomes clear something's gone wrong. Will they solve the mystery of who's tampering, and will everyone in the trial survive?
(It's me, my character got kidnapped so I could enjoy my birthday plans when we realized the scheduling conflict with the first session.)
It's Only Magic Miami is being dual-streamed to the Pocket Dragon Pub on Twitch, and to new still-in-alpha service Moonbeam, within The Anywhere Door, the hub for Monte Cook Games. Episode 2 starts tonight around 6:30 p.m. Pacific, 9:30 p.m. Eastern, stream starting about 10 minutes before. Episodes 3 and 4 follow at the same time for two Wednesdays after.
