Kem HerkesSaturday I was putting cider into the stand freezer & found a boneless turkey breast I bought on Big Sale back in June & promptly forgot.
So today we feast.
Turkey is in the oven roasting on a bed of garlic cloves. Timer is set.(always the hard part) Potatoes & carrots are herbed and oiled in a casserole dish ready to join the turkey in due time. Rolls are thawing.
And apple bake is prepped to go in when supper comes out.
The house smells amazing.
