Waiting for doctor to send CORRECT xray referral that lists my LEFT toe, not RIGHT, as the broken one. Trying to get mammo/bone density records from prev Manhattan radiologists to send to new Queens radiologists. Previous merged w/Lenox Hill. Between phone & website unable to get answers, not even correct location to go to in person. ALL the customer service staff overwhelmed. Random extra bills arriving from new gynecologist & new doctor. I paid the copays, #WTF! #modernhealthcare #whining
