Midweek has arrived. Today is supposed to be a scorcher around here in the mid to high 90s (~35°C), and my youngest two have soccer practice this evening. So, that'll be fun.

Last week was rough going to the gym. We only went twice all week. This week, we're already at two visits. I'm thankful for that and hopeful we can get back the momentum.
