Rossi said there were sufficient votes to unseat #KristinaKaramo in a Jan 6 special meeting of the party's state cmte, & it was a decision that was "permitted" by the bylaws of the MI #GOP. The judge's decision, for now, means that fmr US Rep Pete Hoekstra is the chairman of the MI #Republican Party in the eyes of the #law.

"Any actions of Ms. Karamo since Jan. 6, 2024, purporting to be taken on behalf of the #Michigan Republican state cmte are void & have no effect," Rossi said.
