I received a very kind letter from the Binghamton University Library. A few months ago they found QA catalogue on Github, installed it, used it, and now they thanked me. They analyze a) the quality of vendor supplied metadata for electronic resources, and b) subject access gaps in a collection of books that historically does not include subject headings or genre forms. #metadataquality https://github.com/pkiraly/metadata-qa-marc

I just get a notification that the German research funding agency Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft supports our #metadataquality research proposal "Agile quality assurance of metadata on cultural objects in the context of data integration processes" submitted together with Regine Stein (Göttingen University Library) and Prof. Gabriele Taentzer (Marburg University). We will harmonize our so far independent approaches, and make setup of quality criteria easier. It will be my fist funded research.
