Arcadiagt5#MemoToSelf the next time I see the doctor, ask about getting a letter to clear me to give blood or at least plasma. Last time I asked the Red Cross they said that because I was #PostStroke I wasnβt allowed to. But Iβm fine now, really. Probably healthier than I was (20kg lighter for a start).
