So when I was talking to the pharmacy day before yesterday (before the doc sent in the replacement Rx—to the wrong pharmacy, of course), the not-covered Rx was $59 out of pocket.

Today, after doc sends in Rx for the •covered• scrip, the not-covered Rx is now $585.

What, & I cannot emphasize this enough, The Fuck 🤦 (Next time I'm in there I'm going to ask what it would be out of pocket. ffs.)
