DAY 12 Finished our mazarins, mine were ugly and I don’t like them, they were pretty hard to make. Got to make more bread rolls and I feel okay doing them but I would like confirmation. We made loaves with the same dough and that was a new things. Scoring the bread was much more than just cutting it. We finished the day off with chewy caramel cuts, never tried them and they were pretty nice. #BakerySchool #Baking #Mazarin

Today's random #Discogs choice Mazarin and Chasing The Girl 7" 2000. The a-side is an Indie rock affair, it's OK, bog standard sound. The b-side is an electronic ambient piece, again, bog standard. Sadly, it's nothing special to me.

- sold by the French State between 1829 and 1832

- preserved in private collections for the past 190 years
