I get what you are saying, and you are right: we should keep religious notions out, however, as the debate goes right now one easily gets the impression of "#Muskopalypse" and "#Twexodus" express the emotions of the debate, with "Satan" (Musk) on one side and those who are looking for a new home on the other.

#Twexit might not be a bad choice. #TwitterEmigration and #MastodonImmigration are of course pretty neutral. We shall see what Hashtag people will turn to.

What we do (going from Twitter to Mastodon) is
- Social Media tourism if we don't intend to stay, or otherwise
- Social Media migration.
If that's the case (we maybe don't know yet), it's
- #TwitterEmigration and
- #MastodonImmigration
Moving back and forth between places (as we do) is an organic part of this process of internet mobility.

Apocalypse, Exodus and similar include religious interpretations of this process. That's catchy, but not helpful for its understanding.
