Over the holidays, I ordered a gallon of rice bran oil to use as fryer oil and finally make use of my Presto Fry Daddy electric deep fryer, so today's lunch is ginisang fried potatoes. Yellow potatoes seasoned with Ajinomoto PH's Ginisa seasoning, tossed in potato starch, and fried until they float in the hot oil.
The electric deep fryer works much easier than trying to regulate the heat on the stove. #cooking
Ginisa is chicken powder, salt, sugar, msg, onion, and garlic. #Masarap!
