#DeweyRedman’s superb album #Coincide. Was privileged to be invited, whilst serving in #Berlin 1986-87, by DR to a reserved band table front stage at #Quasimodo #Jazz club. On leave, I’d turned up every night to see DR, #DonCherry, #EdBlackwell & #MarkHelias during their two week stint. Chatted with these Demi-gods at length during breaks Beautiful, generous people. Giving of knowledge. Among the highlights of my life. It was like we were just people discussing music. 🙏🏿
