This is amazing. Instead of cannibalizing an old original Apple computer he built the computer completely himself. On the Brewintosh a Linux systems emulates the Apple operating system Mac OS (which was one of the first operating systems with mouse and keyboard operation). He also connected a functioning 3.5-inch floppy disk drive for programs to be loaded.
