Almost as good as seeing the #solarEclipse the other week was finally getting my own photos of the #MactaquacDam.

The building of this dam and it's man-made lake (locally referred to as the 'headpond') destroyed actively used ancient Indigenous hunting grounds, trade routes, burial sites and settlements. Those affected had no say in the matter.
