I always got the impression that real-life Randy was probably a decent guy. When he's doing stuff for charity, for kids, etc, he remains in character as Macho Man -- an outrageous, intimidating man -- yet he's able to make it feel "authentic", willing to let the mask slip a bit to send a positive, healthy message. Macho Man cries. Macho Man had to deal with bullies. Macho Man fails.

I wish he was still with us. 😔
