Last night, at one in the morning, I was struck with an overwhelming desire to open the bedroom #window even wider than already set. Up I got. And then promptly tripped over my own pyjama leg. I reached out to break my fall and pulled the whole curtain track off the brackets, causing a hell of a racket.
Today has been about locating the right screwdriver to take off the end caps of the track, get it back on the brackets, and then begin the process of putting the curtains back up. This segued into washing the window and cleaning some condensation- induced mould off the wall of the window recess.
I am now sat by the window, bathed in #sunshine, celebrating with a hard-earned #mug of #tea. This was one hell of a mission, not least because it took me three hours to find the right screwdriver. #HorrorMovies #VHS
