MSPI: EuGH deckt Untätigkeit der Kommission.
Dass sich der *EuGH* in einem kürzlich gefassten Urteil hinter die EU-Kommission von Ursula von der Leyen und ihre Vernachlässigung von Minderheitenschutzmaßnahmen stellte, ist für das angeblich in Vielfalt geeinte Europa wahrlich keine gute Nachricht. Über eine Million Unterschriften waren vor wenigen Jahren für die Minority Safepack Initiative (MSPI) gesammelt worden, eine Leistung, die umso höher zu bewerten ist, als sie von Minderheiten erbracht wurde. Dennoch verharrte die Kommission weitgehend in Untätigkeit.
