I'm guessing the 44,000 residents of #MO04 Rep. Mark Alford (R)'s district enrolled in Medicaid via ACA expansion would call them "cuts." Or perhaps even "a death sentence" in some cases. Along with the ~50,000 #ACA exchange enrollees facing MASSIVE premium hikes if the IRA subsidies expire.
