Having to do a digital detox and finally delete things that no longer bring joy or goodness.

The saddest part of deleting accounts on apps like fb, ig, twtr is that there are friends who have died, and you know that you'll never see their posts, the comments that made you smile.

I'll not forget them. My life was better for the brief times we shared.
