This is a very weird-looking snake, so I decided to lean into the weirdness with the design and give her the kind of weird outfit that only a snake could pull off. Just look at those eyes! This one's gonna do numbers, cuz I know how much everyone loves unconventional and slightly uncanny character designs. /s
