Just wondering if we need to give a shit about tickets or can purchase once we decide if we’re gonna go. This has been a #Goose post about the American band Goose.

🇺🇸 The Canada goose (Branta canadensis) is a large, distinctive waterfowl species native to North America and now widespread across Europe. It measures 75–110 centimeters in length with a wingspan of up to 180 centimeters and weighs around 3–6 kilograms. Canada geese are easily recognized by their long black neck, white cheek patch, and brownish-gray body. Highly social and intelligent, they often fly in characteristic V-formations during migration, conserving energy through aerodynamic cooperation. They inhabit lakes, rivers, parks, and farmland, feeding mainly on grasses, grains, and aquatic plants. While many populations migrate seasonally, others have adapted to urban environments and remain year-round.

🇩🇪 Die Kanadagans (Branta canadensis) ist eine große, auffällige Gänseart, die ursprünglich aus Nordamerika stammt, heute aber auch in Europa weit verbreitet ist. Sie wird 75–110 Zentimeter lang, erreicht eine Flügelspannweite von bis zu 180 Zentimetern und wiegt etwa 3–6 Kilogramm. Typisch sind der lange schwarze Hals mit weißem Wangenfleck sowie das braun-graue Gefieder. Kanadagänse sind sehr gesellig und intelligent; beim Zug fliegen sie häufig in der charakteristischen V-Formation, um Energie zu sparen. Sie leben an Seen, Flüssen, in Parks und auf landwirtschaftlichen Flächen und ernähren sich überwiegend von Gräsern, Getreide und Wasserpflanzen. Während viele Populationen ziehen, bleiben andere – besonders in Städten – ganzjährig.
