After lunch, we ventured out to:
1) The IFS cloud Cable Car for a ride'
then to:
2) Hackney Wick for beer and dinner.
Hackney Wick is adjacent to the neighborhood London used for the 2012 summer olympics, and the major stadium is still there. It has some cute canals, and LOTS of new construction.
Not too many photos today. But we started at the #LondonTransportMuseum and then had lunch at Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese.
Check out the approach angle jets have to take flying into the very short field #LondonCityAirport. Must be pretty harrowing as a passenger.
We walked from Primrose Hill to #Camden and visited the markets, the locks, and had a pint before taking the tube to St John's Gate for dinner.
#LondonCalling2025 - Started the day with a Thames river cruise from Tower Bridge to Battersea Power Station.
