👆 I have a reason to believe it was this blackbird’s first time taking birdseeds from a human hand. He was seriously nervous at his first attempt, which was a super fast touch n go. Then he realized it was safe, relaxed and kept coming back. Just this blackbird.
It was at the end of the day, all the blackbirds were feasting the seeds I put down on the Stone Bridge, this bird followed me and waited in the lower branches of young trees. So I offered a palmful of seeds, thinking he wouldn’t. But he must have been famished?! He came over! It just made my day. *thank you, mother nature*
