Bruce HoffmanThis week my life is back to ‘normal’ with both Chor Leoni and the choir of Christ Church Cathedral into full rehearsals/services/performances. Last night was the opening rehearsal of the Cathedral Choir (my 27th year), though we sang for services last Sunday. Add in the 30+ with Chor Leoni, whose retreat is this evening and tomorrow, and it’s evident that choir really is life.
I get to sing two shows with these guys this week! #TheLeonids are amazing, and adding their sound into #chorleoni makes the whole thing incredible. If you’re in #Vancouver, come check us out Thurs at St. Andrew-Wesley or Sat at the Chan Centre.

In Nov I managed to stress my forearm at the gym so badly that it progressed into tendonopathy. This happened the week prior to recording sessions and concerts where I had solo work, followed by the onslaught of Christmas singing. It hurt! I finally saw a physio who shook his head and said “yeah, that wouldn’t have healed on its own.”
I’m cleared for gentle upper body workouts so I can work off the 🎅 🎄 cookies!
