1) #JoeBiden won Colorado by 13 points so kicking #tRunt of the ballot really wouldn't have mattered.
2) #MAGA will celebrate the fact that #tRunt hasn't been kicked off of the ballot and miss entirely the major part of the decision. There is now a judge *on the record* saying that #tRunt has "engaged in insurrection"
I could go on and on here (and if anyone asks, I will); suffice it to say, it's a huge win for Democracy.
