It's not a great start for Boston #LegacyFC . They're in last place in the #NWSL, and after four matches have scored one (1) goal.
If there's a glimmer of good news so far it's that the defense seems to be decent. They don't have the worst goal differential in the league, and lost only 1-0 to the first place San Diego Wave.
I missed it yesterday, but Aïssata Traoré scored the first goal in #LegacyFC history. Exciting! But unfortunate that it took until 72' into their third match 😬

Boston Legacy FC, the new professional women's soccer team, revealed their kit. I love the little bears as a nod to the Franklin Park Zoo, and the primary "swan" logo.
Question for everyone: Would it be sexist if I casually refer to the team as The Legs?
For context, I call the local men's teams the Pats, B's, C's, Sox, and Revs. But admittedly Legs has a distinct meaning from Legacy, and we are talking about women in shorts...
