Started a new Async TI4 game last night. We're not even through the second turn and we've got two guys hurling insults at each other. I woke up to 25+ unread messages at 6AM on a Friday.

On a lark I made our pancakes with matzo meal this morning instead of all-purpose flour. The texture was a bit gritty but they were by far the fluffiest pancakes I've ever made. I wonder if they count as Kosher for Passover. #food

The curriculum at my daughter's preschool this week is "Easter and Qingmingjie". I'm certainly no stranger to Jewish erasure, having grown up in a very Catholic town, but for whatever reason the exclusion of Passover is really bothering me. I'm thinking I might do a guest storytime thing on Wednesday and read a Passover book. Anyone have any suggestions?

It occurred to me this morning that it has now been over a decade in which we have all been forced to hear something about Donald Trump every fucking day - often many times a day.

There are people in journalism who have no experience of a world in which we actually covered many different topics in a day.

I feel like I've been mentally force fed McDonalds for ten years non-stop.

I would like it to be over before I die, please.
