¹ Perhaps this #SHA512 generates a hash of 'the web page and the images / videos used' so that the whole thing can be 'verified by the #NewsOrganization & #TheReporter' as a cross signed #VerifiedNewsStory so one could, as a reader, know iF this has been modified via #MITM or not, showing the story as a #TrustedNewsStory?

² Perhaps simple, well established iconography, such as the lock 🔓🔒🗝️, color coded red or grey or green, could be used to show this like it does already for HTTPS?

So today I went and did a bit of research and found something interesting on a, new to me, protocol named #IFPS, that seems to solve a #LoT ( #LedgerOfThings ) of interesting things.... But in doing a bit of this I ran into some, odd to me, errors whilest doing some research INTO the background and start of a web site ABOUT the protocol. Huh.

Isn't it interesting that there exists a way for #Facebook #Instagram #WhatsApp #Occulus #Meta accounts that takes all their data, in real time, cryptographically signs all their data, then posts it all, along with all other services they use data wise, to an unencrypted segment, somewhere on #web3 while they do their #crime on #Meta thinking that #Meta's security control(s) protect them?

This a #LoT™ #LedgerOfThings™ for them to realize all at once but, it's for prosecutions, obvs. #BadActorPlatforms have their hostility, bypassed, for Safety and Security, obvs., sake.
