It has been a busy day of research, but I finally made some solid decisions.

The biggest update is that I purchased a new laptop! I went with the ASUS Vivobook 15 featuring an i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD.Has anyone used this laptop, and if so, how did you find it? Tomorrow is all about getting Windows installed and set up. Now I just have to weigh up whether I put JAWS or NVDA on it as my primary screen reader.
I'd be interested hearing the pros and cons of each.
I have also been focusing heavily on my health, transitioning into a lazy keto and lower-carb way of eating. Navigating affordable food options that work with my texture preferences is tricky, and I am working through a few adjustment side effects, but it feels like the right path.

Alongside that, I spent time mapping out study and career options. I am looking into short courses and qualifications to see what best supports my goal of moving into mental health coaching and counselling roles.

To balance out all the serious planning, my children have gifted me a beautiful high tea for Monday week. We are doing the savoury menu, and figuring out how to enjoy a treat while staying mindful of my health goals has been a nice change of pace.

Feeling tired, but productive.

So after losing 30lbs from July to the end of November I put a pause on things for the food-season that is December.

From tomorrow I am back on #intermittentfasting and #lazyketo to push another 15lbs off me or trim down some of my measurements.

Either way December has seen general health slip a little and my gut health get really bad. IF and Lazy Keto clearly did good things for me!
