Lawrence: Trump knows he does not have the mental and cognitive health to debate Harris

After The New York Times published a headline titled “Kamala Harris Surprises Everyone,” MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell says that Vice President Harris isn’t surprising everyone – especially those who have been following California politics. Lawrence says that while Donald Trump is refusing to debate Vice President Harris after breaking his promise to participate in a presidential debate on ABC and is sticking to “the laziest presidential campaign schedule since the invention of jet travel,” Vice President Harris put together “the single strongest group of campaign winners.”
