Metrolinx should be offering riders 100% free rides for minimum 6 years in compensation.
But really, public transit should be free.
It would improve business and give people more money to circulate in community.
They have robbed so many people of so much by their inability to fulfill their contract commitments. Caused communities to suffer. Long standing businesses to close.
