Blog Post:
1. I've added Kristen McDonald Rivet for #MI08
2. I've removed #LA05 since it looks like it won't be competitive after all
3. Removed VoT--they still do great work, but I'm trying to focus on candidates *only* as we move deeper into campaign season #Blue24

U.S. House: MI-08 filled, LA-05 removed, candidates only going forward

NEW: the GOP-led Louisiana Senate has passed a new congressional map that would create a second Black majority district, likely netting Dems a seat at the expense of #LA06 Rep. Garret Graves (R).

Map would protect Speaker Mike Johnson (R) #LA04 & Rep. Julia Letlow (R) #LA05. #gerrymandering #Election2024 #Politics

I’m sorry but I can’t believe that the republicans will just lie down and take this on the chin. They’re going to submit a new map that’ll end at the same result as before (eliminating representation) and the s federalist society chonks will swallow the new justification

For now, we are making five House race rating changes.
