Die Stadt gibts. Die ist aber viel zu klein, die ganze SU-Regierung hin auszulagern. Und sie ligt nicht an der Wolga, wie im Buch beschrieben. Noch nicht mal direkt an der Transsibirischen Eisenbahn.
