I’m not sure if I’m doing it right, but I made my resolution under the wire. First ever #knit sock was cast on in January. It was scarier to contemplate than to do. I’m feeling ridiculously proud of this tiny start of a toe box. The fear to overcome in February is the heel. I realize that comes in multiple parts, and I haven’t conquered the toe increase crazy yet, so I’ll be happy if I finish the foot up to the heel plus whatever the first step of making a heel is. #knittinggoals #babystepsocks

Every year I decide this is the year I get better at colourwork socks. Maybe this is the year it happens. Last year in colourwork I made one pair of mitts, one pair of gloves and one pair of socks.
