I’m wondering, has anyone tried to FOIA the blueprints for the P-51? It’s old enough that it should not be classified. There is enough interest in this plane that companies are producing kit versions, why not produce a kit from the actual plans? Would be interesting. #p51 #kitplanes #experimentalaircraft

Sonex is the latest kitplane manufacturer to jump on the high-wing train, joining Van’s to capitalize on the backcountry/STOL momentum.
