Phil HaighToday the LED lights for lighting up the inside of the buildings on my model railway were delivered, meaning I can finally start building some of them! First up is the main station - a ticket office and a parcel depot (Metcalfe kits) on a 1500mm long platform.

Lil StevieOne of my favorite units I've made so far in 40k 3E! Like the 3E Looted Vehicles being so much cooler than the 4E Looted Wagon, the 3E Lootas are so much more fun than the 4E version.
Instead of essentially just being a different unit of Orks with a unique orky gun, this edition let you purchase essentially an enemy army's Infantry unit in the game- but replace the profile with the Ork Boy profile. In my research this is seldom valuable considering the poor BS and the "Looted Weapon" special rule causing self damage, but bashing up this units was just so much fun to think about.
I like to imagine they kept the Imperial Fists armour because they enjoy how their Chapter emblem matches the Ork "Boss" fist symbol.

Adam Perfect : MinisTook the plunge and removed the left arm (cleanly, thankfully, so it can always go back) and the power fist is looking good.
He needs a good axe in the other hand and more wolf bits still. I’ve ordered some Greytide Studios bits for the first time, so forcing myself to wait for them to arrive as I think they’ll really help this kitbash.
It’s hard not to just try finishing it with the stuff I have now though. I am not a patient person.
It’ll also need some more wolfy ornamentation to the front of course.
