This week I read "They: A Sequence of Unease" by Kay Dick. Dystopian genre seems to be in my favor at the moment, although sometimes too close to the state of the world today. Technically this was hard to read - probably because I am not a native English speaker.

I read a book: Kay Dick's They (1977).
A forgotten gem, rediscovered and republished in the excellent Faber Editions series, this is classic 70s horror: hell is other people, in the style of Invasion of the Body Snatchers or Night of the Living Dead.
The book's "underappreciation" of art feels very timely ...
A creepy, quick read, nicely done.
