At the international market in #lasvegas & per house rules, picked up lateral beef ribs because they were under $10 per lbs. Planning on making a rib roast for #christmaseve but decided to make pre-food food so I #marinated the ribs for #kalbi for Monday’s supper. Mixing the meat to evenly coat the marinade. Dinner tomorrow will be amazeballs, just how #korean baby Jesus would have wanted it.
