Completed the #KX1 kit with the KXPD1 paddle and throw line. #POTA Activation to make it official! QSOs on 40, 30, and 20m CW with a 41’ no transformer antenna. Beautiful morning!

The @elecraft #KX1 and #AX1 did not disappoint on 40m to activate #POTA K-2177 this morning! I followed that up with the MPAS 2.0 for a few more contacts on 30m and 20m including N9UH Dad doing an ATNO K-10193!

I really didn’t have an appreciation for the size of the @elecraft #KX1 until I put my hands on it. 4 band capable with built in ATU and internal battery. Just fantastic! #QRP #CW #Morsecode #portableradio #POTA #sota

It seems like my #kx1 is working. Nobody is responding so far though. I find it strange that #RBN has never spotted me on my #qro #ft-891 . #qrp #14031 #elecraft
