Hab mir ja #kodi auf den #raspberrypi gespielt. Aber so richtig warm werde ich damit nicht. Angeschlossen ist ein 7 Zoll Touch-Display. #mpd wäre noch eine Alternative. Will ja eigentlich nur mp3 abspielen und Streams der Radiosender. Vielleicht noch ein Bildschirmschoner der meine Urlaubsbilder anzeigt.

Mit 2 hat unser K uns beobachtet wie wir auf dem Mobiltelefon arbeiten. Ist dann aufgestanden und hat es auf dem TV versucht, der bei uns hauptsächlich als Radio mit Dia-Show läuft. #Kodi

D'ailleurs avec #kodi Jarvis, l'extension #radio-browser.info fonctionne, et je peux écouter Fip en Hifi (sans pub au lancement). #RadioDroid s'y installe et démarre, mais la connection avec le serveur radio échoue. Tant pis:(

Comme Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'app qui puisse tourner dessus vu sa vestusté, #Kodi Jarvis fonctionne avec comme client #TvHeadend pour voir la #TnT. Il suffit d'un serveur Tvheadend qui distribue la TnT sur le réseau et hop, on choisit la chaîne que l'on veut voir ;)

I was impressed to learn that Kodi is fully supported on the Google TV devices, making them excellent media streamers for your living room. Connect them up to a NFS or Samba share and you're ready to go! Great job to the Kodi team for getting things ported over successfully. 👍

Mit #podman hatte ich meine alte #invidious config über board geworfen und habe mal bei 0 angefangen. In Browser lief alles, aber #kodi wollte absolut keine Videos abspielen.

Ich dachte ich hätte an alles gedacht was die config für #reverseProxies angeht, aber ich hatte "https_only: true" vergessen. Jetzt läufts wieder.

Auf dem rage-o-meter solide 7/10.

Btw, the premium feature of #plex depends on the company's servers. Your local media server alone cannot stream to your phone elsewhere. (At least not without some trickery)

That means: "lifetime" access to their service means either your lifetime or plex's willingness to operate their servers, whichever ends first.

And all of that, just to play media *you own already* on a device *you own already*. Theres better ways to spend 750 bucks.

Also, #jellyfin and #kodi are better anyway
