@davidschlangen I would agree if we'd be talking about a technical system, not a #sociotechnical one. The crew operating the #AI may have a #belief about the #truth of the training input and may commit to #justifying that. So, one might say that there is a #HybridActor.

The real problem is that #JTB is conundrum: as soon as one demands #ObjectiveKnowledge the #subjectivity of belief becomes apparent. There is no belief without the believer, and there is no justification without the judge.
