Poet, activist and organizer Brandyn Tulloch spoke to the crowd of dozens seeking #JusticeForRickyCobbII in North Minneapolis on August 1, 2023. Tulloch was referring to the videos that were released today by the MN State Patrol that showed that officers were speaking with Cobb II, telling him to step out of his car during a traffic stop. When they attempted to enter the car, an officer shot Cobb II in the stomach. 🧵
