If you need a pick-me-up media recommendation for whatever reason I highly recommend #Taskmaster and especially #JuniorTaskmaster, both of which are on YouTube for those without a television license if you can handle the ads.

Just caught up with the final of #JuniorTaskmaster and I want more! This was so much better - and fresher - than regular #taskmaster. And the choice of Rose and Mike as hosts - absolutely perfect. Really hoping Channel4 make another series.
