I don´t think it´s fair to the child. The family of my ex-boyfriend grew up in Turkey, too and moved to Germany. They have their own festivals.
But neverless they do a little Christmas ceremony each year for the youngest child. A little shiny tree, some gifts and a family dinner. They don´t have a problem with it since it doesn´t make them bad muslims and no religion is involved. And to be honest, Gaye, telling your daughter about "rebels" and "disrupters" /2
