The agreement between #DanaNessel's office & #JamesRenner of Lansing was discussed during a brief Ingham County District Court hearing Thurs morning. Judge Kristen Simmons granted a motion to drop the 8 #felony charges that had been brought against Renner.

Danny Wimmer, spox for #Nessel, said the #MIAG's office had dismissed the case under an agreement that Renner will cooperate w/prosecutors.
