I just changed the page on our page-a-day desk calendar, and tried to put it back in the fridge.

I wondered why I could not find a space for it.

It's still too hot 😖  

At last temperature check, the coolest floor temperature downstairs was around 29.5°C. Most of the room was around 30 to 31.5°C.

Outside in the garden, the coolest in the shade was well over 36°C.

This is despite us having taken extreme measures to keep the heat out, including finishing installing reflective film on the insides of all windows.

Honestly wish we had AC or a heat pump right now 🥺

It’s going to be another blistering day today, 101° as a high. 😣 So imma stay inside as much as I can. I have to appear for Jury Duty this morning. Every time I do, I get out of it, so we will see. Hopefully not today so I can stay off phones.
