Digital World needed 65 percent of its shareholders to vote in support of giving the merger with Truth Social another year. But not enough voted by Thursday's deadline and it was unclear what the next step would be.

So here is our plan: we will keep actively watching the #TruthSocial psudo-failed-partial launch.
We know the early signs are that it is NOT federtating. But until it is fully and really launched -- MAYBE in March as they claim - we won't be assuming anything is final.

Donald Trump's new social media venture, Truth Social, appears set to launch in Apple's App Store on Monday, according to posts from an executive on a test version viewed by Reuters, potentially marking the return of the former president to social media on the U.S. Presidents Day holiday.
So at least 500 users are beta testing #TruthSocial.
And yes, if you read this the early testers are exactly who you would expect.
Keep wondering if folks will get access to this pre-launch, like they did the previous two betas. Or if we see any early signs of it attempting to federate.

Claims are that #TruthSocial will launch by end of March, and that beta servers are live again. Last two times they were live, they were discovered as public and content shared. Any signs of beta now?
