Falling KnifeI am on on #Mastodon since 2017 because I support open social networking.
I have used and invested in #Bitcoin since 2013 because I support open money.
Do I like that #TruthSocial and sites like baest and poast are built on Mastodon? No.
Do I like that scammers can also use Bitcoin? No.
With open protocols and decentralization comes tradeoffs. I have to believe that in the long run, the good these tools bring will over shaddow the bad.
