最近给Hetzner欠费到Level3了，一直拖延症，今天正好给NetCup付费，顺便把这个做了，关于NetCup付费的小插曲已经发了：https://mstdn.feddit.social/@admin/115984169057471719
付完NetCup钱包还剩下总共50多美元，就直接全部转入Bank，由USDC换成USD付款，但是当我去 https://accounts.hetzner.com/invoice 付款，填完信息，发现付款失败提升：“该交易被信用卡提供商拒绝。更多信息仅由发行银行知晓。”
说吗“Fiat24 SafePal Debit”被Hetzner拉黑了啊，然后我就想去找Fiat24 SafePal 客服看看能不能解决，填到一半不想填了，就去试试Paypal（之前弄过好几次，链接Fiat24 SafePal Debit被拒绝了），但是这次随便一试就成功了，大概率是IP和浏览器的环境问题吧。
于是赶忙去Hetzner付款，有惊无险，付款成功。
而且Paypal还识别成功了这张mastercard，还还原了卡面。

还有就是如果我下次还有128GB内存的需求，我再去Hetzner买拍卖服务器，否则坚决不买（）

还有就是SafePal的新年卡面，这里把aff剪掉了。
