@PippiPunkstrumpf @MargaXeyat Das Wording »wehrmedizinische Fortbildung« hat mich sofort getriggert, und ich wollte mehr wissen. Ich hab den Gesetzesentwurf noch nicht gelesen und weiß nicht mal, ob es denn schon einen ausgearbeiteten Entwurf gibt. Aber der Antrag der @dielinke scheint mir zu bestätigen, dass es nicht um Fobi über medizinische und pflegerische Fragen geht, sondern ums Einnorden. Die Erwartung soll deutlich werden, dass in Situationen der gesundheitlichen Mangelversorgung das Militär (und die Regierung) Vorrang hat vor der Zivilbevölkerung. Menschen zusammenflicken, das geht im Krieg genauso wie im Frieden, wenn die Ressourcen da sind. Die »Abläufe«, von denen Wehrkraft-Moll redet, können IMO nur Befehlsketten sein. Alle Gesundheitsakteur.inn.en sollen sich darauf vorbereiten lassen, dass im Fall des Falles eine eigene, fachliche Entscheidung Desertion oder Insubordination sein kann. So verstehe ich das.
